CJC College Online Registration For 2024-2025

All information about Central Johannesburg Tvet College registration, both on and off campus, is available to all successful students on this blog. If you were accepted to study at CJC for the 2024-2025 academic year, you are not out of options because we have information on the next steps to take after accepting the offer. According to the college, online registration will be available after May 2023, so if you have not received an alert from the college regarding your application, you can check your status online through the official website. If you are not accepted for this year’s admission, you cannot register.

Every applicant’s status will be communicated via SMS and email notification. If your phone, email address, or phone number has changed, you must call to update your information before the admission list is released. After receiving notification of your acceptance, you must register for the semester. Registration is not the same as acceptance. If you do not register or upload all outstanding documents, you may lose your seat as a new intake. Before proceeding to the next stage of the registration process, you will be required to pay a registration fee.

The application period for Central Johannesburg TVET College is officially open from September 1st to September 30th, 2023.

Central Johannesburg Tvet College Registration Requirements

All students must submit or have the following available on registration:

• An original/certified copy of the latest school report/Senior Certificate or highest certificate or latest results.
• An original/certified copy of the identity document/affidavit and photograph in case of no/lost identity document/birth certificate.
• Proof of residential address and relevant contact details.

How to Register Online at CJC

You will need the following items to register as a new intake:

• A working phone number and a valid email address
• The appropriate residential address
• A valid student identification number (Fresh and returning students)
• A smart device that can connect to the internet.
• Ienabler can be found at https://ienabler.cjc.edu.za/pls/prodi41/w99pkg.mi login.
• Sign in with your information (Student Number and PIN)
• Finish the steps online.
• Please upload all registration documents.
• Pay all of the required fees (Registration fee). If you pay the fee offline, please upload the receipt.
• Submit your forms and wait for feedback on them.

Campus Registration in 2024

To schedule an appointment for online registration, go to any of the campuses listed below. You must add all necessary documentation as seen below.

• Certified ID copies of the applicant
• Certified ID copies of the parent/guardian
• Proof of residence
• Certified copy of the latest results

Students will be allowed access to computer laboratories on the various campuses, to complete registration should they require to.
