CPUT Application Dates for 2025-2026 Online Applications

Prospective students seeking admission to the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) for the 2025-2026 academic year should pay close attention to the following information regarding online applications and submission deadlines:

• Application Period: The online application portal will open on Monday, May 13, 2024 and close on Saturday, March 15, 2025. This is the only period during which you can access and submit the online application form.
• Application Types: All application forms for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs will be available online starting May 13, 2024.

CPUT Application Process for 2025-2026

The application process for the Central University of Technology (CPUT) for the 2025-2026 academic year will be primarily online. The PDF version of the application form will be available online starting from May 13, 2024. With a few exceptions, most applications must be submitted online.

Programs listed as “Non-degree Purpose” on the CPUT website, such as Food Technology (Non-Degree), do not accept online applications. It is recommended that you visit the official CPUT website to view the list of Active Qualifications for 2025-2026, which includes information on application methods.

CPUT Application Dates For Application Fee Payments For 2025-2026

Important information for prospective students applying manually:

• A non-refundable processing or application fee is required.
• This fee must be paid within the application deadlines set by the university. Any payment received after the deadline will be rejected.
• If you pay your application fee offline, you must submit proof of payment by the application deadline.
• CPUT accepts various payment methods, including cash, direct deposit into an official bank account, crossed postal orders, and bank-guaranteed cheques.
