Ekurhuleni West College Registration For 2024-2025

Ekurhuleni West TVET College’s registration portal is now open to all students who applied and were accepted to study a course at the college after a thorough screening process. The application period, which concluded on September 30, 2023, will be followed by a registration process. This is an official invitation to all new students who were successful in the recently completed application process to begin registering for courses for the first semester of the academic year.

According to the college, registration will begin in October following the application deadline. After paying the registration fee, Ekurhuleni West TVET College expects all newly accepted students to officially register for their courses. South African students must provide academic results with a grade between 9 and 12 as well as a Government Approved ID card during registration. For students studying outside of South Africa, the first page of your passport with your name and expiry date, as well as your academic record with an English sworn translation. If you do not provide these documents, your registration form will be invalid.

Students must have a valid study permit, until the end of the relevant study period. (International applicant)
Your most recent academic results, certified. Students must have their certificates evaluated by SAQA if an institution issues them outside South Africa’s borders.

Ekurhuleni West Tvet College Registration Process

To register online, follow the steps below:

Step One: Placement Test

Visit www.ewc.edu.za and Click the Online Application Link to apply online
The placement Test is mandatory for all first time entrants
You are to save your password after finishing the questions
Do not let a third party influence your decision

Step Two: Course Application

Click on the application icon. Please fill out the electronic application form.
You have the option to select your choice of course during this stage
Ensure the faculty and minimum requirement of your choice of course are met

Step Three: Uploading of documents

Login to ewc.edu.za. Click on the link for returning students.
Upload all the documents relevant to your applications
Ensure all the documents are certified before uploading them

Step Four: Registration Fee

A Registration fee of R240.00 will be charged
If you pay offline, upload the receipt to the online application portal.
