How Much Is The Application Fee At NMU For 2025-2026

Apply to Nelson Mandela University (NMU) for 2025-2026! The application period for both online and manual applications to Nelson Mandela University (NMU) for the 2025-2026 academic year is open from Monday, April 1st, 2024 to Thursday, September 30th, 2025 for undergraduate programs and Sunday, August 31st, 2025 for postgraduate programs.

All prospective students interested in studying at NMU are required to submit an application through the university’s official online application portal. Additionally, applications can be submitted by mail or in person.

NMU Application Fees Explained

Nelson Mandela University (NMU) does not charge South African citizens an application fee. However, international students must pay a non-refundable fee of R500. This payment, along with any proof of offline payment, must be submitted before the application deadline. Late payments will not be accepted.
