Ensure the following documents are included in your application form

• Identity Document (3 Copies)
• Passport/Birth Certificate three certified copies
• Three certified copies of the Parent/Legal Guardian’s ID
• Certified copy of most recent school report/Grade 9 or higher
• One picture of ID size
