To secure your place at the University of South Africa (UNISA) for the 2026 academic year, follow these simple steps to complete your online application:
✅ Remember: Your application is only considered complete once you’ve uploaded all required documents and paid the application fee before the deadline.
After submitting your application and documents:
All first-time applicants and students starting a new qualification must upload these scanned documents:
🛑 No late submissions or incorrectly formatted documents will be accepted.
Once you receive your student number, pay the R140.00 application fee via bank (Unisa does not accept cash payments).
⚠️ This fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel or are not accepted.
Your application must be complete (including all documents and payment) before 14 October 2025. Incomplete applications will not be processed, and you’ll have to wait for the next application cycle.
