How to Fill Out a University of Limpopo Application Form 2024/2025

Do you want to complete the online application form of the University of Limpopo? If you are an upgrading or returning applicant on this platform, we will show you how to apply at the University of Limpopo. To finish the online application process, make sure you have your student ID and PIN because these are the login details you’ll need to continue from where you left off.

If you started the online application process but were unable to finish it for any reason, there is no need to start over; instead, log in with your information and select the returning student application to pick up where you left off. You will be asked to continue the process because the system will not erase your previous data. This is only possible if you submit your application during the application window. Because you cannot proceed after the deadline, you must act quickly because you only have until October 31, 2024, to complete all processes.

Required documents for the University of Limpopo Online Application

Make sure you have the documents listed below to upload.

If you are an international student, you will need your passport.

Apply to mbsaf.3.za for a foreign conditional exemption or mature age conditional exemption.

How to submit your supporting documents while you are processing your online application?

Applicants that have never applied and/or studied (including short courses) at the University of Limpopo before (i.e. no existing student number) applying for the 1 time to the University of Limpopo:

The online application system will prompt you to upload documents once you completed the application.
Please upload the relevant document to the relevant certificate codes

Applicants that have applied and/or studied (including short courses) at the University of Limpopo before (i.e. you have an existing student number)

Select your programmes of choice and submit your academic application
Select the section called Uploading of Documents
Please upload the relevant document to the relevant certificate codes

How to Upload Required Documents

All documents must be certified (except programme-specific requirements e.g. cover letter)
When uploading documents, ensure that the scanned file does not exceed 2MB and that all documents are scanned in any of the following file types: tiff, pdf, jpg or gif
Each document must be scanned and uploaded as separate attachments
Navigate to the academic application.
Navigate to the Enter school leaving subject page.
Scroll down until you see load or view documents and click, then select the category icon that appears and click.
Click upload, then browse to select your file.
Ensure that all documents are saved in the same folder but in different files.

UL Application Process for 2024-2025

To apply to the University of Limpopo, follow the steps outlined below:

Log in on I-enabler
Go to the academic application
View and accept the application rules by clicking the Accept button
Visit the school attended section on the application form
Select and save the name of your previous schools. You can manually add your school if your school is not listed
Enter your school leaving subjects
If you have no physical disabilities, select None. Otherwise, select the options that apply to you.
Complete the section ONLY if you or your guardian/Parent/Spouse is a staff member of the University of Limpopo
Go to the submit applications and enter your academic preference qualification
Ensure you save every page before you continue
