How to Apply to Umgungundlovu Tvet College

Step 1: Students are to complete the diploma application form and logbook
Step 2: The following documents must be handed to the Exam Officer of the campus:
- Completed Diploma Application form
- Completed Logbook
- Certified copy of ID
- Certified copies of N4, N5 and N6 certificates.
Step 3: Original signed letter from employer showing evidence of work experience as per logbook.
Step 4: The employer’s letter needs to include work experience dates.
Step 5; Exams Officer will attach the student’s academic record to the documents
Step 6: The application will be sent to Campus Manager and Deputy Principal: Academic Service to verify.
Step 7: Once verified, the application will be couriered to DHET for processing.
Step 8: If the application is successful, DHET will send the diploma to Exam Officer for distribution.
Step 9: If the application is unsuccessful, DHET will communicate with Exam Officer. Exams Officer will report to the student.
