Starting April 1st, 2024, prospective students can submit their applications online or by downloading the application form. This application window closes on June 30th, 2024, so be sure to apply early.

To ensure a smooth application process, we recommend you first review the university’s prospectus to confirm admission requirements for your program of choice. The prospectus is available online or in print. Once you’ve confirmed eligibility, visit the application portal during the open window to complete and submit your application electronically. The University of Pretoria has switched to a completely online application system for the 2025-2026 intake. This means you can’t submit a paper application. Here’s how to apply electronically:

To complete the online application form for the University of Pretoria, follow the guidelines below:

Log in to the application portal of the University of Pretoria for the 2025

Select “Start New Application” from the drop-down menu and type in www./upnet.up.ac.za/psc/upapply/.
Click OK on the privacy notice pop-up.
