Western Tvet College Online Application Form For 2023-2024

The Western Tvet College, located in Gauteng, South Africa, is currently accepting new applications for the academic year 2023-2024. Western Tvet College is a college that provides practical technical and vocational courses to its students to shape their naturally gifted talents to make the world a better place to live. The college is confident in everyone’s ability and promises to work on it accordingly.

If you are still at home or have not decided what to study after your Grade 12 or WASSCE results were released, we recommend that you pursue a technical and vocational education. A tvet college’s primary goal is to prepare its students to be creative and innovative. They teach their students to be self-sufficient after school by launching a business based on their practical experience. Western TVET College is one of the colleges that has been training students for years per the mandate of DHET-approved Tvet colleges.

When to Apply for Western College 2023-2024

On June 1, 2023, the online application form for Western Tvet College will be officially open to all new applicants. Prospective applicants interested in applying for a study course will only be able to access the Western Tvet college online application form after June 1, 2023. The deadline for the final submission is June 30, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted by the college.

Western Tvet College Application Requirements

You will be required to attach the following documents

Grade 12 certificate/results statement/most recent school report/DHET certificate
South African government-issued identification document
Evidence of residency (Applicant)
Next-of-Kin Information (Email, ID card, address, & phone Number)
The passport that is up to date ( A copy of the first page)
Outstanding academic credentials

To apply online for the first time, first-time applicants should follow the steps outlined below. If you run into any difficulties, please contact the college.

Step One:

All first-time applicants MUST complete the PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT in full. This is NOT a pass-or-fail test.

Step Two:

Click on the link for the PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT to start with test. You will have 15 minutes to complete it

Step Three:

Complete the APPLICATION SCORING POINTS (APS) SYSTEM

Step Four:

You will then be directed to the APPLICATION PORTAL of Western College.
Fill out all of the required and mandatory fields on the online application form.
All documents to be submitted should be originally certified copies and the certification should not be older than 6 months.
If you provide false information, your application may be disqualified.
Please keep your login and password information safe as you will need them to track the status of your application on the portal.
After each stage, you will receive email/SMS notifications about the status of your application. Following the successful completion of the college’s online application, you will receive a final confirmation message from the college.
