Apply at CPUT For 2026

In May 2025, the Cape Peninsula University of Technology will start its 2026 application window, allowing potential students to apply for undergraduate and graduate programs. Depending on the qualification level and course, the CPUT 2026 application window will be open from May 2025 to March 2026.

Prospective students who wish to pursue or begin a new qualification must complete and submit the application form within the specified deadline. For more information, refer to this article.

Application Dates For CPUT Admission 2026

The Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) is set to open its 2026 application window for undergraduate courses from May 13 to October 31, 2025, and for postgraduate courses from May 13 to March 14, 2026. Please note that late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Application Fee For CPUT Admissions 2026

The Cape Peninsula University of Technology provides a free online application for the 2026 academic intake. However, manual applications are subject to a non-refundable fee of R100.00.

• A valid email address.
• A signed minor declaration form from guardians/parents (under 18).

How to Apply at CPUT for 2026 Admissions

Follow the steps below to apply to the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT)

• Visit the CPUT website at www.cput.ac.za.
• Click on the “APPLY HERE” tab.
• Under step 4, select ONLINE APPLICATIONS.
• Enter your identity number.
• Choose your field of study and program.
• Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
• Upload your supporting documents one by one.
• No online application fee is required.
• Click Review to proofread your information.
• Once satisfied, Click the submit button.
• Track the status of your application via the dashboard.
• Apply for accommodation and funding (optional).
