If you were accepted to study at EEC for the 2024-2025 academic year, you are not out of options because we have information on the next steps to take after accepting the offer. According to the college, online registration will be available after September 2023, so if you have not received an alert from the college regarding your application, you can check your status online through the official website. If you are not accepted for this year’s admission, you cannot register.
Every applicant’s status will be communicated via SMS and email notification. If your phone, email address, or phone number has changed, you must call to update your information before the admission list is released. After receiving notification of your acceptance, you must register for the semester. Registration is not the same as acceptance. If you do not register or upload all outstanding documents, you may lose your seat as a new intake. Before proceeding to the next stage of the registration process, you will be required to pay a registration fee.

Apply by following the steps below:
STEP 1:
- You need to have an email address and a working phone number
STEP 2:
- You need internet access
STEP 3:
- Look for the student portal login/application and click on it (website: www.eec.edu.za)
STEP 4:
- Click on interest in studying here
STEP 5:
- Populate information ( Complete the online application form)
STEP 6:
- The student will be required to populate subjects and the symbols for the highest grade passed.
STEP 7:
- Upload all supporting documents after scanning them
STEP 8:
- Pay the registration fee and upload the receipt or the bankers draft
EEC Registration Requirements for 2024
Attach the Documents below to your online Application Form via the application portal
South African students
- ID copy/Birth certificate of the applicant
- Recent Academic Results
- Proof of address of an applicant
- Parent/Guardian ID Copy
Foreign Students
- Medical proof of your condition (Physically challenged applicant only)
- A valid passport’s first page (Foreign Applicants)
- A certified copy of your most recent academic results
- Proof of competence/Proficiency (If you were not taught in English)
- Students must have a valid study permit, until the end of the relevant study period. (International applicant)
- Your most recent academic results, certified. Students must have their certificates evaluated by SAQA if they are issued by an institution outside of South Africa’s borders.
