The North-West University (NWU)’s online application portal for the 2026 academic year will be open for both undergraduate and postgraduate applications from April 1 to August 31, 2025. However, applicants for programs under the selection courses must ensure that all required documents, including proof of application fee payment, are submitted by June 30, 2025.

Requirements to Apply at NWU for 2026

Online applications comes with a cost of R575 which must be paid by all prospective students.
All applications to the North-West University must be submitted online. Applicants must complete the application process, upload all necessary supporting documents, make the required payment, and provide proof of payment through www.nwu.ac.za before the deadline.

Important Note:

The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid by the application deadline. Late payments will be considered for late admissions and will not be considered for the 2026 academic year.
