How To Register At Sedibeng College For 2024-2025
Sedibeng TVET College’s registration portal is now open to all students who applied and were accepted to study a course at the college after a thorough screening process. The application period, which concluded on September 30, 2023, will be followed by a registration process. This is an official invitation to all new students who were successful in the recently completed application process to begin registering for courses for the first semester of the academic year.
According to the college, registration will begin in October following the application deadline. After paying the registration fee, Sedibeng TVET College expects all newly accepted students to officially register for their courses. South African students must provide academic results with a grade between 9 and 12 as well as a Government Approved ID card during registration. For students studying outside of South Africa, the first page of your passport with your name and expiry date, as well as your academic record with an English sworn translation. If you do not provide these documents, your registration form will be invalid.

Sedibeng Tvet College Online Application Closing Date 2024-2025
The Sedibeng Tvet College online application will close on September 30, 2023. The application deadline for Sedibeng Tvet College is September 30th, 2023. Late applications will be accepted from November 1, 2023, to November 30, 2023, but only if courses are available after the official deadline for the academic year 2024/2025.
Criteria for Registration at Sedibeng Tvet College
To register online, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must have previously registered at the college and have a student number.
- The ID Number, Student Number, and Email Address you enter in the fields below must match the information saved on the college server the last time you registered.
- If you are a current bursary holder and qualify for one again this term, you do not need to upload proof of payment for class fees, but you must provide your bursary reference number.
- Confirmation of your online registration will be sent to your email address, you, therefore, need one.
Note:
Your cell phone will receive a verification code. To verify the code, you need to fill out the form to retrieve your code. If you do not receive a confirmation sms within 3 minutes, it is an indication that your data could not be verified on the system. For security reasons, the college does not disclose information that was entered incorrectly.

Sedibeng Tvet College Tvet Application Procedure
There are three stages in the application process. The first two processes are compulsory but the third is conditional or optional.
Stage 1: Placement Test
- In process One (1) you must complete a Career Interest questionnaire which is mandatory for all first-time entrants.
- There are 190 Yes / No questions which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
- You don’t need assistance in doing this test
- At the end of the questionnaire, a report will be presented to assist you in making an informed career choice
- You will have another option to choose a course of preference
- On the first page is a registration form. To access the form, log in using the details below
- South Africans must use their South Africa (SA) ID Number.
- Foreign students must use the ID number of their country and NOT the passport number.
Stage 2: Courses and Academic Applications
You will not be allowed to continue with your online application if you did not answer all 190 questions in process one (1).
- Step 1: In Process two (2) you will supply the college with your highest qualification. This is to determine the courses you qualify for.)
- Step 2: Select the course you wish to enroll for.
- Step 3: Upload all supporting documents
- ID document / Passport (Valid)
- Recent academic qualifications
- Proof of Address
- ID document of next of kin
- Study Permit (Foreign students)
- Letter from Employer (Heidelberg Part-Time students)
- Step 4: Lastly you have to complete the biographical information section of the application
- Step 5: Upon completion of this stage you will receive an email to confirm your application from the college.
Stage 3: Uploading of Outstanding Documents (Conditional)
- You only need to use this Process if you did not comply with the instruction of uploading certified and clearly readable documents.
- When the verifier rejects your application because they could not read your documents you may upload new documents at this stage
- There is a deadline for resubmission and that is 30 September 2023
