How to Register At Tshwane South College for 2024-2025

Tshwane South TVET College’s registration portal is now open to all students who applied and were accepted to study a course at the college after a thorough screening process. The application period, which concluded on September 30, 2023, will be followed by a registration process. This is an official invitation to all new students who were successful in the recently completed application process to begin registering for courses for the first semester of the academic year.

According to the college, registration will begin in October following the application deadline. After paying the registration fee, Tshwane South TVET College expects all newly accepted students to officially register for their courses. South African students must provide academic results with a grade between 9 and 12 as well as a Government Approved ID card during registration.

For students studying outside of South Africa, the first page of your passport with your name and expiry date, as well as your academic record with an English sworn translation. If you do not provide these documents, your registration form will be invalid.

The application period for Tshwane South Tvet College is officially open from September 1st to September 30th, 2023. Late Registration will not be accepted by the college.

TSC Registration Process for 2024

To submit your applications, go through the six steps outlined below.

Phase One: Career choice/Placement Test

View courses offered on the Portal or visit College Website for more information
Answer all the questions (190)
Save your password

Phase Two: Online Application

Complete the online portal application Process. Ensure that all icons are completed or green to progress to status: Pending Verification
Upload all the scan copies of supporting documents

Phase Three: Status 1 Pending Verification ( Awaiting Approval )

The Campus Programme Manager will screen a student and accept them if they meet all requirements then move the student to the next status: Book Assessment

Phase Four: Acceptance

Students who accepted will now be moved to the Admission Portal Pre-Enrolled module awaiting registration to the system

Phase Five: Campus application to finalize the process

The student needs to finalize registration at their selected campus to complete the process and must present certified copies of uploaded documents for the purpose to receive books and student card

Phase six: Accept an Offer

Student will receive an sms & email e.g. “Hi Peter, Your application for N1 office Administration has been provisionally accepted. Should you want to Accept this application, please go to your Current Application on the Portal to accept the offer.
Proceed to register courses on the respective campuses
Pay the registration fee and include the receipt in the collection of documents that must be submitted to the college.
An additional registration fee of R750 must be paid upfront every trimester/semester/year (Foreign Students)
