Tshwane South Tvet College Application Requirements

You will be required to attach the following documents

South Africa

• Certificates/Qualifications
• Birth Certificate/Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID/Passport)
•  Recent Academic results

Foreign Students

•  A valid study permit
• Student Visa
• A valid Passport
•  The South African Qualification Authority’s (SAQA)
•  Evaluation Certificate

First time applicants should follow the steps below to apply online

STEP 1: Career choice/Placement Test

• View courses offered on the Portal or visit College Website for more information

STEP 2: Online Application

• Complete the online portal application Process. Ensure that all icons are completed or green to progress to status: Pending Verification

STEP 3 Status 1 Pending Verification ( Awaiting Approval )

• The Campus Programme Manager will screen a student and accept them if they meet all requirements then move the student to the next status: Book Assessment

STEP 4: Acceptance

• Students who accepted will now be moved to the Admission Portal Pre-Enrolled module awaiting registration to the system

STEP 5: Campus application to finalize the process

• The student needs to finalize registration at their selected campus to complete the process and must present certified copies of uploaded documents for the purpose to receive books and student card

STEP 5: Offer

• Student will receive an sms & email e.g. “Hi Peter, Your application for N1 office Administration has been provisionally accepted. Should you want to Accept this application, please go to your Current Application on the Portal to accept the offer
