• 30 June 2025 – Deadline for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), and Bachelor of Radiography (Diagnostic) (BRad) applications.
• 01 August 2025 – Early application deadline for all other programs (excluding MBChB, BPharm & BRad).
• 30 September 2025 – Final deadline for late applications (excluding MBChB, BPharm & BRad).
• 30 September 2025 – Closing date for international student applications (excluding MBChB, BPharm & BRad).

Nelson Mandela University encourages both new and returning students to apply online at www.mandela.ac.za free of charge. However, international applicants (non-South African citizens) are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of R550.
