We are happy to inform you that all new and returning students can now register online for the 2024–2025 academic year at Port Elizabeth Tvet College. The registration procedure’s aim is to formally welcome all qualified candidates who successfully completed the application process to complete further papers that will certify their acceptance into the college. In order to finish the registration procedure, candidates who have received a call or an offer of a spot at Port Elizabeth College should visit the campus where their selected course is offered.
The Port Elizabeth Tvet College’s registration period is from September 1 to September 30, 2024. Successful applicants who cannot submit their applications before the last day of the registration period will not be given a second chance. Students are strongly advised to submit an application during the application period for the academic year 2024-2025. Before visiting any of the campuses of Port Elizabeth Tvet College, you are urged to follow the steps on this page so that you will know your left from your right.
Port Elizabeth College Application and Registration Date For 2024-2025
The application and Registration dates for new entrants and returning students are below for the academic year 2024. Prospective applicants must comply with the following dates;
- Online Application for 2024-2025: 1 September – 30 September 2024
- Registration Date For Returning students(N2-N6)- 26th August – 29th of August 2024
- Registration Date For New Students (N1) – 30th August 2024
Port Elizabeth College Application Entry Requirements 2024
Prospective students must meet the Department of Higher Education’s minimum admission requirement, which is Grade 11. All students will be required to write the competency tests.
Port Elizabeth College (PE) Registration Requirements for 2024-2025
In order to apply and enroll at Port Elizabeth Tvet College for the 2024 academic year, you must satisfy the following requirements.
Safety in Society
- No criminal record of the registrants
- The registrant must not be younger than 17years
- Registrants must be South African citizens with no visible tattoos on their bodies.
The admission requirements for other learners (non-NC (V))
- Vertical (Upward movement) articulation requirements must be met on the NQF structure
- Qualification-specific requirements must be met e.g. SETA requirements
Port Elizabeth College PE 2024 Application Requirements
The following documentation is required in order to register at Port Elizabeth Tvet College as a new student for the 2024 academic year:
ALL Students
- A certificate of Good Conduct, from their previous institutions of learning or place of work
- A certified copy of the last school report original must be presented on the application
- Two certified copies of the ID (where a student is 16 years or older) must be presented on the application
How to Register at Port Elizabeth College Online 2024-2025
The applicant must sign his or her application form after completing it. By signing the application form, the applicant (and, if applicable, his parents/guardians) agrees to follow the College’s rules and regulations and to pay the prescribed fees. Admission applications are subject to selection.
The correct parent/guardian information must be provided and verified at the time of registration. If falsified information is provided on the application form after immediate verification, the application will be rescinded, and the student/parent/guardian will be held liable for any costs incurred. If a student does not follow the rules outlined above, the College Council reserves the right to cancel their registration.

- To create an account, fill out your profile.
- To access the forms, enter your password and PIN.
- Choose your courses and make sure to answer all of the questions on the screen.
- Upload all required documents, including your certificates, results, and a copy of your ID, as outlined in this post.
- Finally, you must submit your application.
- You will receive a message stating that your application is pending approval.
