Sol Plaatje University 2026 Application Timeline

Applications for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees, are now open for the 2026 academic year. Domestic and international applicants can begin applying starting Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The final deadline for applications is October 31, 2025. Applications received after this date will only be considered if spaces remain available in the program.

What Documents Do I Need to Apply at SPU?

One (1) Certified Copy of each of the following documents must be attached or uploaded:

ID Document
Final Grade 11 results
Your final Grade 12 results
An affidavit declaring that you have studied at another higher education institution (university or college). If you never enrolled at a university or college since completing high school, this must be declared in the affidavit.
An official academic transcript and a certificate of conduct from your previous college/university.
