Applications for the 2026 academic year at TUT opened on April 1, 2025, and will close on September 30, 2025. This deadline applies to all courses offered across TUT’s various campuses. Any application submitted after this date will be considered a late application and will only be reviewed if there are vacancies in the selected courses.

TUT Entry Requirements: What You Need for Diploma or Degree Programs:

A Senior Certificate with an APS of at least 20, or an equivalent qualification, is required to secure admission for any diploma, higher certificate, or bachelor’s degree at Tshwane University of Technology. Priority will be given to applicants who exceed the minimum entry requirements

How to Apply at Tshwane University of Technology 2026

Accept the POPI Act by checking the box.
