You can submit your 2026 applications along with all supporting documents starting from April 1, 2025, when the University of Johannesburg (UJ) application window officially opens. Be sure to check specific deadlines for your chosen program, as some courses may close earlier than the general October 31, 2025 deadline.
You must upload or submit the following documents to a specific channel. Before applying for admission to the University of Johannesburg, make sure you have them ready.

The online application is FREE. All manual applications will incur an R200 non-refundable processing fee. Manual application users must submit proof of payment by attaching a copy of the receipt to the fully completed application form for 2026 for submission.
Some programmes require students to submit additional information as part of their application. Applications without the additional requirements will not be considered
