The University of Johannesburg’s (UJ) online application form for the academic year 2025-2026 is now open for all new and returning students to begin applying for a course. Prospective students interested in studying at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) during the academic year 2025-2026 can now apply.

The online application form for the University of Johannesburg (UJ) is now open to all applicants, regardless of country of origin or language. Read this article all the way through before applying to study a course for the academic year 2025-2026 at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), as the closing dates vary by course.

The Application Dates for Online Applications and Submission for 2025-2026

Prospective students interested in taking a course at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) should carefully review the deadlines for online submission. The University of Johannesburg (UJ) application portal will be open from April 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024, and this will be the only time you will have access to the online application form for the 2025-2026 academic year.

All undergraduate and postgraduate application forms will be available online beginning April 01, 2024, and you will be able to complete them online. You must be aware of the deadline for submitting all of your documents to the university.

UJ Application for Manual Applications and submission for 2025-2026

The PDF version of the application form will be made available online from 01 April 2024. Applicants wanting to submit a hardcopy application may collect the application form from the University and submit their application form at the University or via post. Applicants may not apply via email or fax. You may apply for a maximum of 2 choices if you are applying for an undergraduate course.

UJ Application Dates For Application Fee Payments For 2025-2026

Prospective students who apply manually will be required to pay a non-refundable processing or application fee of R200. This payment must be made within the application deadlines, as any payment made after the deadline will be rejected by the university. If you paid the money offline, you must submit proof of payment within the application deadline. Online Application is free of charge.

UJ Application Deadlines for Required Documentation and Submission in 2025-2026

Submission of supporting documentation is a requirement. If you do not upload or submit these documents, your application form will be invalid. Documents such as your results, certificates, and, if you are a minor, a minor application Declaration form, must all be submitted to the university by the application deadlines. Any outstanding documents must be submitted before the application portal closes. The UJ application will be open on April 01, 2024.
