UJ Application Form 2026 PDF Download – www uj ac za

The University of Johannesburg (UJ) has released its hard copy application form for prospective students interested in pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate courses at the university. The application form became available for download on the official UJ website on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible, as late submissions will not be considered for admission in 2026.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to download the University of Johannesburg prospectus and read up on the application requirements for their preferred courses before deciding. Attach all required documents to the fully completed application and submit it to any University of Johannesburg campus near you.

University of Johannesburg (UJ) Application

Applicants to the University of Johannesburg must meet the following requirements:

Apply to study at University of Johannesburg for the 2026 academic intake – Open from April 1st to October 31st, 2025.
All required documents must be certified (Latest results, ID, Academic certificates and the rest)
All academic requirements of the courses chosen must be met.
Have a valid and operational email address and phone number
Ensure that all required fields are filled out.

UJ Application Processing Fee for 2026

Prospective students applying to University of Johannesburg must pay a non-refundable application fee of R200.00. When applying manually, you must include the receipt for the application fee payment in the pool of documents required for admission. The application fee information is available on this page, and you should review it so you know what to do.

Prospective students who apply by hand must attach the following documents to their fully completed application form and mail or deliver them in person.

If you have completed your Grade 12 exams, you must provide a certified copy of your results.
Certified copy of your Grade 11 (if you are currently in Grade 12) (South African only)
A certified copy of your native country’s identification document
A certified copy of your passport number from your home country
Study Visa in South Africa
Medical Report
English Proficiency For Undergraduate programs, proof of IELTS with an overall score of 6 and TOEFL with an average score of 80–104 is required
Sworn English Translation of documents (Documents issued in any Language other than English).
