The University of Pretoria online application process is explained below:

Step 1: Log in to the application portal

  • Select “Start New Application” from the drop-down menu and type in www./upnet.up.ac.za/psc/upapply/.
  • Click OK on the privacy notice pop-up.

Step 2; Verify the special characters

  • Fill in the blanks with your data (Personal information)
  • Verify that the characters in the security code field are correctly entered.
  • Navigate to the Go tab.

Step 3: Confirmation of Application

  • Before proceeding, please carefully read the disclaimer (Do not discard this page)
  • Fill out the drop box with your information.
  • Choose the OK button.
  • Confirm your application and click continue to proceed on the next page.
  • You will receive an ID and a temporary password via email. A working email address is required during the application process.

Step 4: Commence with your academic application

  • You can begin your application with this ID number and password by clicking on the link in your email.
  • If you want, you can create your password.
  • Click the “save and next” button to continue.
  • The application summary page can now be edited. This is where the application begins.
  • Begin and refine your online application.

Step 4: Upload documents, Pay the needed fee and Submit

  • Upload the required documents in the correct format.
  • Make a non-refundable deposit of the application fee into the university’s official account or pay using the other options.
  • If you think you’re done, click the submit button to submit your application form.

The University of Pretoria Admission Requirement For 2024-2025
