University of Pretoria 2026 Application Status
University of Pretoria 2026 Application Status
The University of Pretoria is committed to providing a student-centered experience and has made substantial investments to streamline its online application and admission processes. We encourage students to take advantage of the online application platform, rather than visiting the campus to track their applications. On-campus visits should be reserved for instances where technical issues arise or when assistance is needed with the application status.
Application Confirmation and Tracking
Once your application is successfully entered into the system, you will receive an SMS confirming that the University has received it. Please note that this message does not indicate acceptance into the program.
Applicants can check their admission status online by following the steps outlined in this guide. It is recommended to track your application progress one to three weeks after submission to stay informed about any updates or additional requirements.
Acceptance Notification and Registration
Successful applicants will receive an SMS notifying them of their acceptance into the University, along with details about registration dates and the start of lectures.
To secure your place, you must complete the registration process within two working days of receiving the final acceptance notice. Failure to do so may result in your place being offered to another student, as spaces fill up quickly.
Declined Applications and Alternative Options
If your application is declined, you can sign up online at cach.cas.ac.za for alternative opportunities
