Rhodes University Application Closing Date for 2026
Applications for admission to Rhodes University for the 2026 academic year are now open. The deadline for all new students, both South African and international, to submit their applications is 30 September 2025.
You are required to complete the application form, submit all supporting documents, and pay the non-refundable application fee within the application period. Late applications will be accepted for local students, but international students will not be considered for late applications
Application Materials Required
Yu will need the following documents to apply to Rhodes University
- Certified copies of your academic transcripts
- Certified copies of your degree certificates (if applicable)
- A copy of your ID document
- SAQA’s Certificate of Evaluation (if your qualification is obtained outside of South Africa)
- Proof of payment of the application fee
Transfer applicants:
- An official academic transcript and a certificate of conduct from your previous college/university
- A certified copy of your ID
- Final Grade 12 results
