UNIVEN Online Application Form Fee For 2024-2025

The University of Venda (UNIVEN) will accept online and paper applications for the academic year 2024-2025 from April 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023 (undergrad) and November 30, 2023 (graduate). As a result, all prospective applicants who wish to study at the University of Venda (UNIVEN) for the 2024-2025 academic year must prepare and submit an online application through the official application portal, as well as an application by post or in-person delivery, but must be ready to pay a mandatory and non-refundable application fee.

The University of Venda, or UNIVEN, has published the application fee for 2024-2025 applications. Prospective students who want to enrol in a course must know whether or not the application fee is required. The University of Venda’s (UNIVEN) online application is open and will close on September 30, 2023.

The North-West online application fee is a non-refundable fee paid by prospective UNIVEN students to process their application forms for admission consideration. If applicants do not meet the requirements and thus have their application form rejected, the money will not be refunded.

What are the application fee details at the University of Venda?

Before your application for admission to the University of Venda can be processed, you must pay an application fee. If you pay for the application, you will not receive a refund if you are not admitted for the upcoming academic year. However, your application will be rejected if you do not pay the application fee. The application forms must be submitted along with a copy of your payment proof. Instead of the original, the university requires a photocopy of the receipt.

How much is the application fee for the University of Venda?

The University of Venda’s online application form costs R100 and is available to all applicants. Remember to pay the R100 application fee into ABSA bank account number 1000 000 589 before submitting your forms, and use your ID number or student number as your reference.

How to pay the University of Venda application fee for 2024 admissions

The application fee can be paid to the ABSA bank account or through the Univen online payment platform at www.univen.ac.za.

Where and how to deposit the application fee for the University of Venda

Click on the option which says “pay by credit card” for payment by credit or cheque card.
Enter the following credit/cheque card details
- Card Number
- Card Holder Name
- Expiry date: Months and Year
- CVV Numbers: the last three digits at the back of the card
Click on PAY NOW
You will get a screen which says, “Authentication is required for the purchase”. From this screen there will be a message stating:
To proceed with your purchase, please submit the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your cell phone.
Enter the One Time Password (OTP) in the space provided and click NEXT
You will get a screen with the following message: Successful E Payment, press exit. You will immediately receive a payment receipt notification from Univen support via the email address you provided stating as follows “Thank you we have received your application fee.
You can return to the Online application web page and continue your application”.
