Prospective applicants must follow the steps outlined below to submit an application form. A step must not be skipped for any reason. To apply to the UFH, you must complete all of the steps outlined below:

  • Go to UFH Official website at www.ufh.ac.za
  • Click on Apply Now
  • Select “NO” for the first two questions, then enter your personal details (contact, email, and address).
  • Review and accept the terms and conditions.
  • Check your email for your student number and temporary PIN (which can be changed).
  • Log in using your student number and PIN.
  • Download the prospectus to check academic requirements.
  • Choose a program that fits your qualifications. (Select at least 3 study courses)
  • Pay the application fee of R120 online or offline and upload the payment receipt.
  • Complete all required fields.
  • Scan and upload the following required documents (each file must be under 5MB and in supported formats).
    • Proof of payment for the application fee
    • Certified copy of your ID
    • Certified copy of your Grade 12 mid-year or June examination results (or certified copy of your National Certificate)
    • Signed Guardian Consent form (if under 18 years old)
