When to Apply to TUT For 2026 Intake

The Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) 2026 application cycle opened on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Except for a few exceptions listed on the official website, all applications, including supporting documents, must be submitted online, by mail, or in person by September 30, 2025

How to Apply to TUT

  • Applicants that have never applied and studied (including short programmes) at TUT before (i.e no existing student number) – Apply here
  • Applicants that have applied or studied (including short programmes) at TUT before (i.e you have an existing student number) – Apply here

Manual Application for 2026

  • Please note that applicants are limited to three choices.
  • Some qualifications require applicants to submit additional information as part of their application as outlined on the official website

Completed application forms and accompanying documents must be submitted to the Admissions Office. You can submit your application form and accompanying documents in two ways:

  1. Forms can be hand-delivered at the Central Admissions Office, Building 21-LG20, Pretoria Campus, Staatsartillerie Road, Pretoria West
  2. Forms can also be posted to the Admissions Office at the campus where the programme is offered, by using the addresses below:
