What Is the Application Fee at UNIVEN?

All University of Venda (UNIVEN) applications—whether submitted online or manually—must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of R100.

All payments must be made into the official UNIVEN bank account, which is provided on the university’s official website. Applicants are advised to ensure that payments are made correctly and reference details are used as required to avoid delays in processing.

 Documents Required to apply

Attach the following documents before you submit them.

• Copy of your identity document or passport
• Copy of Senior Certificate or Statement of Symbols, Matriculation
• Copy of school examination results certified by the school principal (if still at school)
• Academic record and certificate of good conduct (if you have already studied at a tertiary
• institution)
• Copy of Study/Residence Permit/Medical Insurance/SAQA Evaluation Certificate (if you are an
• international applicant)

How to Complete the UNIVEN 2027 Application Form Manually

Completed application forms, together with all required supporting documents, must be submitted to the University of Venda (UNIVEN) Admissions Office. Applicants can submit their forms either by post or in person.

Steps to Complete the Form

• Complete the application form in full and answer all questions accurately
• Write clearly in block letters within the provided boxes
• Mark only the appropriate options with an “X” where required
• Use a black pen when filling out the form

All completed application forms must be submitted to the university before the official closing date.
