CPUT Application Status For 2024-2025
CPUT Application Status For 2024-2025, How do I know if I got accepted at CPUT
The Cape Peninsula University of Technology strives to be a student-centred institution and has made significant investments to ensure the smooth operation of online application and admission processes. As a result, we would like to encourage students to use the online Application platform rather than walk to campus to track their applications. Students should only visit on-campus locations if they are experiencing technical difficulties or need assistance with the status of their applications.
The CPUT system is loaded with all applications. Once your application has been loaded into the system, you will receive an SMS confirming that the institution has received it. Please keep in mind that this is not an acceptance notice.
Prospective applicants who have submitted an application can follow the instructions on this website to track the status of their application online.
Successful candidates will be notified by SMS of their acceptance to the institution. You will be informed of the registration dates and times and the commencement of lectures.
Secure your place by registering within 48 hours after final acceptance as spaces in the programmes fill up quickly. Should you not do so, the place will be offered to another student. The 48-hour rule counts from 30 January 2024
Students will be only able to register if the admittance status reflects: “ACCEPTED/ ACCEPTED ON FINAL RESULTS” You will not be able to register if your status reflects other statuses such as “Waiting List”, “Rejected”, “Course Full”, “Provisional Acceptance” or any “Incomplete” related statuses.
If your applications have been declined, you can sign up online at cach.cas.ac.za. Applicants can also find out more on their Facebook page, which is CACH_SA
