Documents Required For 2025 DUT Applications

The documents listed below are required for the application process. The majority of applications are rejected because applicants did not upload or submit all required documents. To avoid disappointment, make sure to submit the following documents during the application period:

Certified copies of your identity document
Final Grade 11 & Grade 12 certificate ( June/ Trial report if you have not written your final examination)
Students transferring from other universities should submit an original academic record and a certificate of good conduct
A valid study permit
A valid medical aid/health insurance cover
A valid passport

Ensure Your Complete DUT Application Reaches CAO on Time

Submit Your Application and Fee to Secure Your Spot. Submitting an application form for DUT does not guarantee acceptance or registration. All applicants will be notified of their application status via email/SMS.

To ensure your application is considered, make sure both your completed application form and the application fee reach the Central Applications Office (CAO) before the closing date. The application fee is R250 for South African citizens and R300 for international applicants.
