Document submission and upload Closing Dates at UJ

How to Apply online at UJ

You must submit your application as soon as possible because the application period is limited.   • Click on the Next Button to continue to the next page
  • You will then receive an email with your Student Number and a temporary pin. You can choose to change or keep the pin.

Log in with your new student number

  • Enter your student number and PIN now.

Choose your field of studies

  • Choose your course after reviewing the individual course prerequisites.
  • Before applying, download the university prospectus and review the course requirements.
  • The decision will be based on these criteria. Please reconsider your selection if it does not meet the requirements.

Upload the supporting documents

  • Keep uploading the necessary documents. These documents must be scanned and uploaded individually.
  • The scanned files should not exceed 5MB or 512KB in size. Tiff, pdf, jpg, or gif file formats are required.
  • Remember to save each page before moving on to the next.
  • If you do not save your data before proceeding, you will lose it.
