The following documents are required during the application process:

Certified copies of your degree certificate(s) and academic record (if you attended or are currently a student at SMU or another university).
Certified copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable).
Proof of payment of the compulsory and non-refundable application fee
A valid email address and contact number
Certified copy of your ID/passport document (compulsory).
Certified Grade 11 end-of-year examination results (for those currently in grade 12) or your National Senior/Matric/IEB Certificate (if you have already completed Grade 12).

Medunsa University Application Process For 2025-2026

To apply for a course at Medunsa University, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: You must have an internet connection and a valid email address to participate.
Step 2: Log in to the SMU application portal at www.smu.ca.za.
Step 3: Fill out the online application form completely and accurately.
Step 4: Please include the names of your first and second choices for degrees (if applicable).
Step 5: Pay the non-refundable application fee of R200; and
Step 6: Upload certified copies of your ID/passport, your Grade 11/12 results, your academic record (if you have attended other universities, including SMU), and proof of payment of the non-refundable application fee.
Step 7: You will receive an SMS/email notification confirming the submission of your application form for 2024
