Application Fee Requirement for MUT Admissions 2026
All prospective applicants applying for undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) are required to pay a non-refundable application fee.
- R300 for international applicants
- R250 for domestic applicants
The payment must be made at the time of submission for the application to be processed. Failure to pay the application fee will result in the rejection of the application.
Annual Application Requirement
Applicants must submit a new application for each academic year they wish to enroll. For example, if you applied for the 2025 intake but were not accepted, you will need to reapply for the 2026 intake to be considered again at MUT.

For the 2026 academic intake at Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT), all applications must be submitted either online or in person through the Central Application Office (CAO) website at www.cao.ac.za.

Students applying to Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) via the Central Application Office (CAO) for the 2026 academic year can submit applications for up to six (6) qualifications and pay a single application fee.

- Grade 12 June exam results
