If you applied for the academic year 2023-2024 at Northlink Tvet College and received an offer to study your preferred course, congratulations on your acceptance into one of South Africa’s best tvet colleges. You must now proceed to the Registration process in the admissions process. Once you’ve been assigned a course to study at Northlink Tvet College, you must submit your registration documents to the college in order to be officially registered as a student.
During the registration process, all admitted and accepted students must submit their academic records, certificates, ID documents, and two passport-sized photographs. These are the documents needed to complete the registration process. If you do not officially register for the academic year, you will be unable to attend lectures. If you do not attend the registration date, your spot will be filled by another student. New applicants can now begin completing the registration form.
Northlink Tvet College Campus Registration Dates for 2023-2024
Registration for the semester will be available to all new and returning students. The registration date remains unchanged as of today and will take place as follows:
- From 1 April 2023 to 31 October 2023, all new students offering NATED and NCV courses may apply.
- Seniors and returning students from any campus offering any program are welcome. From April 1, 2023, to October 31, 2023

From April 1, 2023, all prospective applicants will be able to access Northlink’s online application portal. Gather your documents and visit the Northlink Tvet College application portal to begin your academic application for the academic year 2023-2024. You will be unable to reapply after October 31, 2023. So apply right away.

Admission Requirements for Northlink Tvet College
You must have the following qualifications to gain admission at Northlink Tvet College
- Grade 9 or equivalent qualification
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Grade 12, N3 or Level 4 NC(V) with Mathematics or an equivalent qualification

Follow the steps below to register for the first time at Northlink College:
Step 1: Career Guidance Test
- All prospective students must choose a course only if they meet the entry requirements for that course for the academic year.
- The college provides pre-matric, occupational, and post-matric courses, as well as part-time classes.
- Before applying, you should download the brochure and familiarize yourself with the entry requirements.
Step 2: Courses and Fees
- The program fees at the college vary depending on the program.
- Once you’ve decided on a course, go to the official website to learn more about the fees and how to pay for it.
- You must deposit the fees into a designated bank account, which is listed on the payment policy page.
Step 3: Online Application
- You are ready to apply once you have chosen and paid for your courses.
- To access the online application portal, go to the official website.
- To begin your application, click the Apply Now Icon.
- Only upload certified copies of your ID and most recent results.
Step 4: Verification & Status
- The verification process will begin with your application form. You should check your status after a few weeks of submission.
- You will, however, be notified via SMS and email when your forms are received.
- You will be contacted to register for the semester and begin attending classes when your application is approved.
