TUT Late Application 2027: Courses Still Open and How to Apply

Did you miss the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) application deadline of 30 September? There is still an opportunity to apply. TUT has opened its 2027 late application period, allowing eligible students who could not apply during the regular application period to submit their applications.

Late applications are considered based on the availability of places in each programme. This means that submitting an application does not guarantee admission, as some courses may already have reached their student capacity. Prospective students are therefore encouraged to complete their applications early, as spaces may fill up quickly during the late application period.

Don’t wait—submit your application today to secure your place at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) for the 2027 academic year. For more details and application guidance, read this article to the end.

when to apply

Starting Wednesday, 20 January 2027, at 10:00 a.m., eligible applicants can submit their online applications for consideration for the upcoming intake.

However, applicants who have already received an admission offer from TUT cannot submit a new application simply because they are not satisfied with the programme or course they were offered. Applicants are therefore encouraged to carefully consider their programme choices before submitting their applications.
